Terms of Service
Thanks for using BoulderBase. These terms outline how you can use the product and what you can expect in return. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to the rules below.

1. Acceptable use
Use BoulderBase to log climbs, share beta, and manage gym data. Don’t abuse the platform, break the law, harass others, or attempt to disrupt service. Accounts can be limited or closed for misuse.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your login credentials and the activity on your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access so we can help secure your account.
3. Gym data
Gym owners and staff control their gym profiles, wall maps, and rotations. We’ll never sell gym data to third parties. If you manage a gym, make sure you have permission to publish and update your information.
4. Subscriptions and billing
If your plan includes paid features, pricing will be shared clearly before purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may adjust pricing with notice; you can cancel before changes take effect.
5. Content and feedback
You retain rights to content you add. By posting, you grant BoulderBase a license to display and operate that content within the product. Feedback may be used to improve BoulderBase without obligation.
6. Disclaimers
BoulderBase is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Climbing is inherently risky—always climb within your ability and follow your gym’s safety rules.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll provide notice. Continuing to use BoulderBase after updates means you accept the revised terms.
